Terms of Service

Introduction

ReWords AI provides an image text editing service. You can upload a finished PNG, JPG, or WebP image, allow the system to detect existing text within it, replace, translate, or remove that text, and download the resulting image. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

Who operates the service

This service is operated by ReWords AI (website: rewordsai.app). We do not publish a corporate legal entity name, company registration number, or physical street address. You can contact us at support@rewordsai.app.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. The service is not directed at anyone under 16.

Accounts

You may sign in using an email address and password, or through Google. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activities that occur on your account. Email support@rewordsai.app immediately regarding any unauthorized use or security issues. You can cancel a subscription in your account settings or by email. Canceling stops future renewals. After 48 hours, it does not refund the current paid period.

Credits, payment, and refunds

• Currency. Prices on the pricing page and at checkout are in US dollars, processed through Stripe only. A payment provider may show an estimated local-currency amount, but the actual charge is in US dollars. The bank’s exchange rate is outside our control.
• Trial after sign-in. After sign-in, a new user gets a limited trial to test the service. It is not unlimited free editing.
• Packs and subscriptions. Both one-time credit packs and renewing subscriptions exist. Credit packs and subscriptions are governed by the terms specified at the time of purchase.
• Within 48 hours. If you bought a credit pack or a subscription within the last 48 hours, including a renewal, we refund the credits from that purchase you have not used. Credits you already used are not refunded in cash. The cash amount is the price you paid for that purchase, divided by the credits that purchase granted, multiplied by the unused credits from that purchase, minus the Stripe processing fee for that payment. We do not deduct that fee from a refund for a duplicate charge, a paid purchase where the credits or subscription did not arrive, a confirmed outage, or a remedy required by law. • Failed generations. If a generation fails because of our technical error, we return the credits. This is not limited to 48 hours.
• Credits already used. Credits already used on a successful generation are not refunded in cash. After 48 hours, there is generally no cash refund for disliking the creative result, for changing your mind, or for picking the wrong pack or plan after the credits were used.
• What you can ask us to review. These requests are not limited to 48 hours. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. You may email support@rewordsai.app to ask for a review in these cases: charged twice for the same purchase; paid but credits or the subscription did not arrive after a reasonable wait; a confirmed outage blocked a paid generation; or consumer law requires a remedy. We reply within 5 to 7 business days. Approved cash refunds go back to the original payment method when possible.
• Canceling a subscription. You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings or by emailing support@rewordsai.app. Canceling stops future renewals. After 48 hours, it does not refund the current paid period.
• Price changes. Price or pack changes apply to new purchases.

Your images and copyright

You upload finished PNG, JPG, or WebP images. You must have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to the image and the text you upload. Do not upload a copyrighted image without permission to edit it. Do not upload someone else's private material without permission. You must review the result before publishing or distributing it. You keep the rights you already have in your images.

Content rules

Do not use the service on identification documents, receipts, invoices, official records, or any image where changing the words could mislead or deceive someone.

In addition, you must not upload or process:

• Nude, sexual, or pornographic images.
• Sexual content involving anyone under 16.
• An intimate image of a real person without that person’s consent.

Other misuse

You must use the service responsibly and strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Do not break the law.
• Do not break into, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service.
• Do not send malware or spam.
• Do not harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
• Do not infringe privacy or someone’s right to control their own likeness.

Results

We provide a best-effort match of font, color, and background. We make no promise of providing the original font file, delivering a pixel-perfect edit, or guaranteeing search rankings or click-through rates. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output before using or publishing it.

Our intellectual property

We own the service’s software, design, and branding. The user keeps the rights they already have in their images.

Outside services

Outside services recognize text and edit images. Speed, quality, and provider can change over time. There is no affiliation between ReWords AI and these external services unless a page says so. Payments are processed through Stripe only, the site is supported by our hosting provider, and Google is provided solely as a sign-in option.

Suspension

If these terms are broken, we may suspend or terminate your account or restrict your access to the service. If your account is suspended or terminated, a refund still follows the Refund Policy and the law.

No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific commercial purpose.

Limit on claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by publishing the revised document directly on this page. Continued use of the service after the date on this page changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
